VIP Food Tour of Edinburgh

Discover authentic Scottish cuisine on this scenic food tour of Edinburgh.

There is no city in the world quite like Edinburgh, and no cuisine quite like that to be enjoyed in Scotland either. From haggis to neeps and tatties (and everything in between), this sumptuous half-day tour takes you on a taste experience through Edinburgh iconic sights.

This half-day tour begins in Edinburgh’s West End, the more affluent part of the city. Being home to several consulates, the restaurants in this area specialize in fine dining and you will have the chance to taste some of the city’s top cuisine at a divine restaurant. The West End is also known for its fine architecture and, as a part of this tour, your private guide will tell you all about its history.

From here, you will move to the New Town. Don’t let the name fool you as this area of Edinburgh is actually around 200 years old and has some glorious Greek-inspired buildings to admire, as well as Georgian architecture. It has several vibrant cafes and bars and you will stop at one of the best for a tasting.

This food tour of Edinburgh concludes in the Old Town, which is home to some of Edinburgh’s most famous landmarks, including the Royal Mile and the Castle. It dates back more than 1000 years and offers authentic Scottish cuisine, including fudge and whisky.
